Vertical Scroll Button Popup - Word 2002

Recently whenever I have clicked on the vertical scrollbar's button a popup
appears. The popup is about 1" wide x 1/2" high and has two lines of
information. The top line identified the page I am on and the botton line
shows the first several words on that page.
I have gone over all the 'customize', 'options' and other places in the
document where I can make changes but I can't identify anything which might
have caused the popup to appear. I also double checked Tweak Ui without
success.
I would greatly appreciate any thoughts on how I might get rid of this
intrusive popup. CAS Smith

That is the default behavior. If you have headings in the document, you'll
see the headings as you scroll.
