Milly, I have my two accounts set up, but if I get an email sent to me at one
account, when I reply it uses my other account and people get confused by the
different company logo signatures. you see... we have two companies with
different names and logos. so i I get an email sent to me at company1.com
when I hit reply, company2.com is somehow defaulted by outlook and I send it
out before verifying that I am using the right account. it causes conufsion
because the person I am replying to sees a different account and signature
that what they thought I was associated with. I wish OUTLOOK would prompt me
with a dialog box that says "are syou sure you are using the right account
before sending this email?" something like that. I just get trigger happy
because we are so busy and I have to find a way to fix this. Everyone in our
company has this problem and it mistakes are common because we dont
double-check to be sure we are suing the right account to send email. does
