When you copy files to a CD, is there a way to verify that all the information (picture data, voice data, etc) has been copied correctly -- other than to do a manual comparison of the hard drive and CD files.
I don't know what roxio is. Doing a search of files on my PC doesn't come up with any files with "roxio" in it. What's roxio -- how do I find it to use it -- and how do I pull up the help file for it

That's surely in the Help file or documentation for Roxio, isn't it
Roxio (Easy CD Creator) is third-party software, Ron.
Personally, and I think most would agree with me, I would consider using
"Nero Burning Rom" instead, which verifies all compilations and is much more
user-friendly than Roxio. http://www.nero.com/en/631934351031098.php
Sorry Ron, thought you had the product. Whatever product you are using,
look in its Help file or document to find how to do this. This sort of
thing is almost *always* documented if it's possible. If not documented
(or not possible) and you still need it, then consider buying Roxio or
John's suggestion of Nero. These 3rd party products have much more
capability that the basic software provided by default in XP.
