VCD, DVDS and CDS

Hi. I need help. When i am making a VCD, what type of
disk do i need to use becouse i cant find blank vcd's
anywhere in the shops. Someone told me that i have to use
blank cd's but im not sure this is correct. Please help
me!

Just use CDs.
They're CDs with video data recorded on them.
Simple.
