VBA procedure to select Account for sent mail?

Inserting "Item.ShowCategoriesDialog" into ItemSent of ThisOutlookSession
prompts the user upon clicking send to assign e-mail categories.

==> Is there any similar command or procedure to prompt/remind the user to
select which Account to send the e-mail from or via (it's a pull-down option
on the standard toolbar for those who have >1 e-mail account).
