VB.Net Standard Edition

I received Visual Basic .net Standard edition with Microsoft's book,
Programming with Visusl Basic .Net Step by Step. It fails its installation
because several files are not included on the CD. What can I do (removing
additional options, etc.) to get it to install?

Can you post the relevent parts of the installation log file?

I'll have to restart the installation again since the rollback deleted
everything. Stand by...

Cannot find E:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
..NET\Msdn\1033\dbmigwiz.hxs and several others.

E:\ is the installation CDROM

Finally, when I select ignore through all this it bombs out with an Error
1308. Source file not found:
e:\win\Microsoft.NET\Framework\URTInstallPath\extensibiity.dll
