VB.NET recommend a book

I have several years experience in VB and VBA. I now need to get up to speed
on VB.NET and need a book. I don't think I will need a beginners book but
one that aims at people with people with previous programming experience, in
particular perhaps VB.

Can you recommend one?

Hi Bobby,

I'll recommend 2 and a third for database work.

Programming Microsoft Visual Basic .net - Balena, MS press; visual basic
..net and the .net platform - Troelson, Apress (he's harder but also very
good).

For database programming using ado .net - Sceppa, ADO .net ms press.
