Various errors on boot

Hi

For some reason Windows everytime I reboot Windows XP Home Ed. get the error
message 0x0000008e, and when I try to troubleshoot it with verifier.exe and
reboots I get a 0x0000000A error. THis is really annoyng and I could need
some help.
