varify D:\system.sm20.dll to download?

Trying to download Microsoft 2000. I keep getting an error reading from file
that says "Varify file D:\system.sm20.dll exists and that you can access
it..?? How do I do that? Thanks in advance

Sorry, this is in the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for the
database program Microsoft Access.

It's not at ALL clear what you're downloading; there is no such thing
as "Microsoft 2000" - there is a (no longer supported, I don't think)
version of Windows, Windows 2000, but you would not be "downloading"
it. Please find a newsgroup for whatever it is that you're downloading
and ask there.
