I have a friend who says that (sent / received) messages are being
sorted into various folders, apparently by their subjects, but I've
checked and she has no Rules set up. Is there anything in any version
of Outlook can than do this? I can't think of anywhere apart from
Rules for her to check.
Any ideas would be really appreciated,
