Hi everyone
When I try to open the Add/Remove programs button, it
gave me this message. I have found a topic about Value
creation failed " at line 410, and it does have a
solution, but the solution is for me to mess with some
system 32 files. I don't feel very sure about that,
because I have crashed my computer messing with system 32
files. So is there a way to solve my case, and is there
a way, I can replace the file from the disc or something,
because I don't want to go in system 32 myself and mess
with that.
