"value creation failed at" line 472

[r_dr_miller]

this message appears when i try to open "add or remove
programs". i am using XP professional.
i looked in the help files and found a solution
for "value creation failed at line 410", i tried it but
nothing happened.

anyone knows how to solve the problem at line 472?
