Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs = Error

When I click on "Add/Remove Programs" I get this error entitled: Parser Message. It reads: Value creation failed " at line 472. Whats wrong with this.

Any help regarding this issue is greatly appreciated, I have the same error and can't find an answer on the knowledege base

I was replying to the error that Jose mentioned
