validation error

Has anyone come across the solution for this? I bought a HP computer and it
came with vista as well as a trial version of Office Student. I installed a
seperate copy of Office 2007 Pro and validated the software. I am now trying
to config my hotmail accounts in Outlook. I understand to do so you have to
have "Outlook connector" which is free after validating your software using
MS software validation tool. The office 2007 Pro comes back validated but the
software that came with the computer "Office 2007 Student" comes back with a
verification error. How can this be? My vista and my office pro are good.
There isnt even a disk for the trial student version. Can anyone help?

Uninstall the trial version of Microsoft Office.
Trial versions are unlicensed and thus will not
pass the Windows Genuine Advantage validation.
