Validating E-mail Address After Not Receiving E-mail To Do So

Hello,
Can someone tell me how to "validate" my e-mail
address with Microsoft for Windows Mesenger 4.6, so I
don't keep getting a pop-up telling me to do it. I did
not recieve an e-mail message, so I cannot do it through
the e-mail that was supposed to be sent to me.

Help Please,
