Validate Windows XP

I'm been using my PC with Windows XP for a while and recently, it requests
that I validate the OS - which I did - and XP also prompt to indicate that
validate has complete.

Then when I reboot, it asks for validation again, and again, and again.....
after each validation !

Can someone show me how to get rid of this cycle of validates ?
