V-lookups

Hello,
I have two data sets of checks and I want to cross reference these data sets
to find the checks that do not appear on both data sets. Somebody told me I
could do this using V-lookups but I don't know how to do this. If anybody
could help me out, I would appreciate it.

Cross-referencing two data sets can mean a number of different things to
different people. If you give more information about your data sets and
what you want as results, perhaps it would help to determine whether
VLOOKUP() is the right tool...
