V lookup in Excel 2003

Hello,

I have recently installed fresh copy of Office 2003, where I am unable to
find Vlookup function, (I couldnt see it in pop up also while I click on fx
sign too....)

Please help me on this issue as soon as possible, as heaps of work is
pending on my desk due to that.

What happens if you just try using the function by typing it in?
