I start Windows XP through to my user name, click on my
user name and then a box comes up Explorer.exe saying that
the file UxTheme.dll cannot be found. I can't get to
safemode but I can get to cmd.exe which I think is a Dos
window. Could someone tell me what to type as I know
nothing about it.
