I just want to utilize Windows Mail for sending emails from webistes since I
have email with my ISP and it very secured .

Currently my ISP has my windows mail configured so that everything going to
Comcast will go over to windows mail.

Example: searching on craiglist want to respond and want the ISP to utilize
mail only when replying.

If the SMTP server for your Website can only use port 25, you're probably
out of luck. As a spam fighting measure your ISP is probably blocking port
25 for everything except their own SMTP server.
