In Win98SE, the desktop taskbar buttons representing running
programs normally expand and shrink to fit the width available, depending
on the number of buttons in use. I have one button I would like to stay
narrow at all times rather than expanding to equal width with the rest.
Is there any free utility that can set a fixed size for a specific button?
