utility to clean duplicates in contacts?

I have a client who constantly creates duplicates in his outlook 2003
contacts when he synchs his smart phone. I have manualy cleaned out
the duplicates a number of times. I know he will do it again in the
near future. Is there a utility to automate the process for me.
