usrlogon.cmd not running reliably.....

Suddenly today we have noticed that our Term Server's usrlog­on.cmd
script isn't running properly and hence not creating the vir­tual
drive
when users logon. Also the user profiles have started to beh­ave
strange
we haven't made any changes to the default profile or GPO bu­t when
the
users logon they don't get all the settings from the "Defaul­t
Profile"
certain menu items aren't loading etc.........
