usrbridg problem

I get on every start that the usrbridg.exe encountered a problem and needs to close>>>send error to Microsof
At the error log I get, Faulting application usrbridg.exe ver 1.0.2.0 faulting module Kernel32.dll version 5.1.2600.110
fault address 0x000155a
I have tried to reinstall networking from the CD but it does not help
