Using zalman ZM80D-HP on 6600GT?

Would it be a good idea to use the fanless zm80D on a 6600GT or will the
card overheat?
 
what does Nvidia say?

Nvidia generally tends to advise against changing the cards at all.
 
changing the cards? now you lost me....did you mean 'fans'? of course if
your still under warranty you shouldn't change anything.
