Using XP Pro cant change 256 color mode to use yahoo games -

Hi

Anyone got any ideas about how I change to 256 color mode when using Yahoo - GAMES...If I don't then I get frozen every time I try to leave a game....have to control-alt-del to shut down explorer...troubleshooting says some games require 256 color resolution, but how do I fix this?

Hi Adiepoket,

To change your colors to 256:

Click Start / Control Panel
Click Display
Click the Settings Tab
Select 256 Color Quality
