NetMeeting is built-in to XP and 2000 and can *NOT* be upgraded. Look at this KB article for help
with RDS...

If this is over the public internet, then keep in mind the VNC data link is *NOT* encrypted like the
NetMeeting RDS link is, if that matters to you. Some folks run VNC through SSH or VPN tunnels.

If you just want to access folders and files look at setting up a VPN link...
