Using Windows Live Safety Center?

I run Windows XP&SP2 and use Moxilla Firefox 1.5 and can't use this program
with Firefox. Could someone tell me what I need to do to run this program.

Windows Live Safety Center is only compatible
with Microsoft's Internet Explorer.
