Using Variables in a Reference

I'm trying to populate a chart using a reference number.
On one chart I have names and calculated data that I want
to transfer over. I've tried to get a number and then
reference it inside a function like so, "=FSReport!B
(Individual!H5)" But it won't return what I want it just
says #NAME?

Individual!H5 is a number value. IE if it equals 5 I
want the function to equal =FSreport!b5 and then return
the value in b5 on the FSReport sheet but I don't know
how to make it work. Please help! Thanks!
