Using the TAB key

I have created a invoice template and I have the following information on it,
Name,Invoice,Date,Address etc. What I need it to do is when you have entered
the name you then use the tab key to then go to the next line to put in
Invoice number, then tab agin to the date etc. I dont know if this is poss,
but would be handy if it can be done. Thanks Dave

If you create the document with form fields, you can use the Tab key to move
between fields. See http://word.mvps.org/faqs/tblsfldsfms/LinesInForms.htm
for the general principles. If you are using Word 2007, you'll find the form
fields on the Developer tab (click the Legacy Tools button).
