Using the same interactive button on multiple pages?

Is there a way to use the same interactive button on multiple pages without
having to copy and paste? Copying and pasting requires resetting the
hyperlink on each button, and that can become a job when you want to assign
the same button style over a range of existing pages with links already
assigned to the graphic you're replacing.

Yes, set up the buttons (if for a menu) in a dynamic web template, than
attach that template to each page. They don't work too well in Shared
borders, and possibly not in include pages.
