Move Interactive buttons

I am using FrontPage 2003.
I have a page that contains approximate 10 interactive buttons that are
hyperlinked to various position on the same page. I just added a new section
and need to add another button. But to do this I need to move some of the
buttons inorder to make room for this button so that I can keep them in alpha
order. How do I move a button? Can anyone tell me or point me to training
information regarding this subject?

it's actually easier than you might think:
right click the button before where your new one needs to go and then click
copy. set your cursor just after the button your just copied and either
press control+v or right click and select paste.
right click the interactive button your just pasted and select interactive
button properties, modify the target (bookmark) and the button text, save
your page, save your "embedded files" and publish.
That's it. ;-)

Thank you Chris for answering so quickly. I tried that right after I placed
my question on line and it worked fine. Since I am so new to FrontPage and
working directly on line, I am sometimes afraid to try something if I don't
know exactly what I am doing. I appreciate your help.

Why don't you give yourself a margin of error;
next time you open your "live" site, the first thing you should do is click
file/ publish and publish the whole thing down to your local computer.
(easiest if you make a folder for it to reside in before you do the first
step).
At least that way if you crush your live site you can just publish the
messed up files from your local site and be "back to where you started".

Or if you dont want to download the entire site, save the page while its live
to something else. EX: home.htm name it home2.htm . That way if you make a
mistake, just delete the home.htm and then rename the home2.htm back to
home.htm and try again.

That will not always work
- links to the page will be broken, or to the wrong page
When you save as (a new filename) FP can reset the links to the new page
- so your links to the old page are gone

It is safer to make a copy of the page
- select the page in Folder View or List then Copy/Paste
(the old links are restored when you delete the original file and rename the copy back to the original file name)
