Using the mouse-wheel on a form

Hello

When inputting data into a form, and the mouse-wheel is used, the form
cycles through other records in the database. The forms 'cycle' property is
set to "current record", and I have endeavoured to change some of the other
properties in the form, but whenever the mouse-wheel is used, it still
continues to go through other records.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions as to how I can prevent this from
happening.
