using signature to insert a standard letter

I am trying to figure out in 2007 Outlook how to set up my standard e-mails
that I send to clients. I used to be able to make the different signatures
but the 2007 is different. When I try to add a letter it deletes my original
signature.
I send standard e-mails to clients on a regular basis.
What can I do?
Thanks for your help.

That's annoying as many people use that clever trick of inserting signatures
as a quick way of dropping a chunk of text into an email.

What you need to do in 2007 is use Insert Quickparts. I think you'll like
it!

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual
way. This happens to us all the time with computers, and nobody thinks of
complaining.

Judy,

Would you please tell us how to access this wondrous "Quickparts" of
which you speak?

It's in the ribbon of Outlook 2007.

hmm, my Outlook 2007 Enterprise edition does not have the ribbon that
my Word, PowerPoint and Excel have (I imagine Access could have it,
but I don't use it). Did I miss an option when I installed? My Outlook
2007 looks much like the '03 version.

A search of "quickparts" in my Outlook help yeilds no results.

The main Outlook window does not use the ribbon but new messages, contacts, tasks, etc. all do use the ribbon.
