Using Shutdown.exe Remotely

Hey,
For some reason I can't use shutdown.exe remotely from my XP computer to
my other XP computer. They are both on the same network, I can see the other
in My Network Places. I am able to ping each other. I am able to use
shutdown.exe on the computer itself. When I try to do a remote shutdown it
says, "The network path was not found." Does anyone know if I need to enable
an option to let it do this? If I type net view in comman prompt I see all
the computers on my network and their names and they are all there.

Thanks!!!
