Using Rules Wizard to forward messages

I am trying to use Outlook 2002 to forward messages to another e-mail
account. When I setup the wizard it seems fairly straight forward, but it
won't forward the messages. If I forward the messages by hand everythings
works fine.

We are running Outlook 2002 throught an Exchange 2000 using POP3 connector
on Small Business Server 2000.

Any help is appreciated
 
Your Exchange administrator probably has automatic forwarding to the
Internet turned off.
