Using rules to mark message as read

I've set up a rule in Outlook 2000 that moves certain incoming mails to
Deleted Items. The problem is that Outlook still flags these messages as
unread which is very annoying. I can't find any rule that can mark these
as reas before moving them. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

You would need a third party add-in for this such as MarkRead or AutoRead --
