Using Rules To Forward Emails

I want to use a rule to filter incoming emails that meet
a certain criteria and forward those emails to another
individual's email address. I have established the rule
and assigned an individual's email address but the
incoming emails do not get forwarded. The emails are
filtered according to the rule but forwarding to another
email address never executes.

I could be that automatic forwarding to the Internet is disabled by your
administrator/ISP. Contact your admin or ISP to verify this.
