Using Preview Handlers in WinForm app

Folks,

Does somebody knows a way to use the preview handler functionality available
in Outlook 2007 (under Windows XP and 2003) in a Windows form developed in
C#? Is this possible?

I have a windows-app that I would like to enable preview of couple of files
for which Outlook already has the preview functionality enabled.
