Outlook 2007 Previewers

Is it possible to get the office preview handlers without installing the full
office package?

Our office uses 2003, there are a few users we have allowed to upgrade to
Outlook 2007. Some have the full Office 2007 package, those that have the
full package enjoy the new preview ability. Being able to see attachments
without opening them. Those who do not have the full install of office 2007
do not have this feature. Is there a way to install the preview handlers
without installing all of office 2007?
