Using Postscript over PCL??

I have all HP networked printers in my environment that need to print
from Unix and PC. They have separate queues for the time being and I was
wondering what would be the advantage to running PCL drivers over
Postscript drivers in my Windows environment. I see that HP has updated
their PCL drivers more often, while the PS drivers are years old.

Are there any other advantages? Thanks.

Usually the PCL drivers allow use of more printer specific features.
Postscript drivers are used when maximum compatability across multiple
printers is needed.
