Using Outlook instead of Outlook Express

[PABALL]

I would like to use set up and use Microsoft XP office Outlook instead of
Outllook express but it will not open...'unable to open default email
folders'...do you have any ideas on this??

You probably have a damaged 'outlook.pst' file, and this can be replaced by
creating a new 'profile'
