This is probably real easy but I dont know how to do it. I need to know how
to use Outlook 2003 for two people on one computer without seeing each others
info. Basically my girlfriend has her calendar, e-mail and contacts, and I
have mine. Do I just put her .pst files in her own folder and make her a
profile that when she opens her profile it see's her folder? Or should I do
it by making different accounts on XP,if that will even work? Thanks a lot.

In Outlook 2003 you can set up separate profiles for each of you via Control
Panel | Mail | Show Profiles, then tell Outlook to prompt for a profile each
time it starts. You will have to close and restart Outlook to switch between
profiles.

Do I make her .pst file have a different name and point Outlook to it? When I
do that in her profile it it doesnt effect mine? lso, do I need to make
different account in XP to do this. Sorry, I just needed more detail.
Thank you very much......

Yes -- create a new .PST file for her and assign it to her Outlook profile,
and make sure your .PST file (and only yours) is assigned to your profile.
You shouldn't need to create separate Windows XP profiles.
