Using outllook at home with blueyonder email account

hi there,
i have tried to set up outlook for my husbands blueyonder email address. it
all seems to be fine in terms of settings etc, the account will let me send
mail and i have tested to my hotmail account - but no emails are coming back
into the inbox? Can anyone help, its driving me mad!
 
What instructions does Blueyonder have for setting up their email? Are they an ISP or ??
