Using old email address list (not usiing contacts)

I'm not an IT guy as you will see from this question: My company forced me
set up my Outlook on a different terminal server. They were able to move my
..pst files, but no one knows how to find and move the "handy dandy" little
file that saves all of the email addresses you enter in Outlook. These are
the ones that Outlook automatically remembers from the past. Since I use
this instead of contacts, I need to convert this file (12 months of email
adddresses!). Can this be done? Thanks.
 
This file is a hidden file with an NK2 extension and a name that matches
your
profile. Copy it, rename it to match your new profile's NK2 file and replace
your new profile's NK2 file with it.
