Using Newsgroups

I am new to newsgroups. How I add additional newsgroups (other than
microsoft) to windows mail?
 
Note that you will have to know of a news sever besides msnews. Your ISP
probably offers one. But you will have to get its specifics (hostname, etc.)
from them.
