using microsoft outlook

I am have problems using microsoft for my emails. regth now I have a
yahoo and hotmail account. each time I try to send a scanned document
through email directly from my scanner it goes straight to microsoft
outlook and I cant seem to be able to send it. Please can you help?

You're going about it backwards. Open Yahoo or Hotmail mail, compose an
email, click the Attach option. You need to save the scan previously.

I don't think you can convince IE that you're going to use IE webmail
for email, so OE, Outlook, or another email PROGRAM needs to be selected
for this option.
