Access doesn't support the idea of a menubar or toolbar that is docked to
the form itself, but you can certainly create a row of labels and/or
buttons on your form and have them initiate whatever menu item you want.
You can also create shortcut menus (normally used with right-click) and
place buttons or labels on your form that display them. This allows for
the cascading menu affect that you see in menubars at the top of the
screen.
