user designed menu strip

dear friends,
is there any way to design our own menu strip with menus ,tool bar , and
progress bar, etc ( not access custum menus and tool bars)which can be
inserted on to a form

Don't know about the progress bar, but just about anything else can be built
with labels, buttons, ComboBoxes, etc., and made to look and behave like a
menu bar. You can even click on one thing that produces a shortcut menu to
simulate a menu drop-down with cascading menus.

im using access 2003 , you said that ribbon, kindly say some thing about it
in access2003 usage. if possible with some material links please.
