Using ImageReady? Hotspots creating problems!

Hi,
I'm trying to use an optimized .html file that I created in ImageReady in
FP2000. When I try to create a hotspot on a part of the graphic, the cell
size is changing so that a blue box appears around that cell and the graphics
become shifted in the preview mode. Am I doing something wrong? I'm VERY
new to trying to use Adobe and FP.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Set the images bordersize to 0.
